Comp Development and Preparation

Program intended for athletes ages 10-12.

Our Developmental program is specifically geared for athletes who are ready to make the next step towards their athletic development. Athletes begin functional strength training, plyometric training, body awareness and stabilization. They will enter to advanced speed and agility training, focusing on acceleration mechanics and vision development. Athletes will be introduced to optimal game day nutrition and recovery.
