CAMP DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTATIONS: 

Please note, there are no scheduled make-up sessions.  If athletes happen to miss a session, they may contact their coach.  It is a up to a coach’s discretion and approval whether or not an athlete can join a different session for missed time.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to each session commencement, and arrange for pickup within 10 minutes after the session conclusion. Transportation to and from training sessions is NOT the responsibility of the coaches.

NECESSARY TRAINING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES: 

Water, sunscreen, hat, cleats, running shoes, and an inhaler (if needed).

EXERCISES THAT CAN BE EXPECTED:

-Sprinting, Long distance running, Sled Pushes, Body Weight exercises, Speed development & Plyometrics
