We are opening a 4-week opportunity in May for athletes of any sport to get early exposure to the next evolution of what we do at One Family Athletics.
Mission is the same. This is the next evolution.
We are continuing what we already do and building the next layer into it.
This is still One Family Athletics. The difference is that we are now combining performance training with a strength component to create a more complete development model for athletes.
Why we are opening this in May
We will be rolling this model out more fully with older high-level groups later in the summer, so May gives athletes an early opportunity to step into it first.

Thursday at 4:30 PM
One session per week. Athletes choose either the Monday group or the Thursday group for the full 4-week cycle.
What You Get
- One 60-minute session per week for four weeks
- 30 minutes of strength training
- 30 minutes of speed, agility, and endurance training
- A more complete overall performance training model
- High level coaching detail and structured reps
- Preparation for what we are building into later summer training

Thursdays: May 7, 14, 21, 28

The environment stays the same. High standard coaching, detailed reps, strong communication, and intentional athlete development.
Early Access to What Is Coming
This gives athletes a first look at the next evolution of OFA before this model expands further with older high-level groups later in the summer.
