Spring Break 2025

New 3 Hour Schedule!!!

The three day winter camp is an intense, transformative experience. It’s not just about physical endurance but also about mental toughness and personal growth. The focus on “mental fortitude” will push athletes to confront their own limits, but it is designed to build resilience and self-awareness. Each day of the camp is about peeling back layers, facing discomfort, and ultimately coming to a place of greater strength—both mentally and physically.

Key elements, like self-talk, identity, and embracing failure, are crucial for building a strong, positive mindset. Athletes will not only learn how to push through pain and fatigue but also how to reframe challenges as opportunities for growth. By the end of the camp, they’ll walk away with a sense of accomplishment, but also with a renewed belief in their worth and their ability to conquer obstacles, no matter how tough they seem.

We’re excited to announce some new changes for this year’s Spring Camp! We’ve moved to a new 3-hour schedule for all three days, allowing us to offer more strength and nutrition education. Additionally, we’ll be diving deeper into our character development curriculum. Athletes will participate in breakout sessions with Coach Mentors to focus on becoming strong, positive members of their community while excelling on the field.

We are introducing a Parent Huddle Up for those that are able to make it. Our Parent Huddle Up isn’t just another meeting—it’s a game-changer for parents who want to lead their kids with confidence. In this powerful session, we give you the exact tools to champion your child, eliminate stress, and create a home environment where they thrive in sports, school, and life.

New Parent Huddle Schedule:

  • Day 1: Join us for a Parent Huddle at the start of camp on Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. This will help you better navigate the time with your athlete before and after training.
  • Day 3: On Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., we’ll have another Parent Huddle to walk you through the curriculum and the progress your athlete has made throughout the week.
