BUILT TO DEVELOP
THE WHOLE ATHLETE.
One Family Athletics is built around a simple belief: athletes need more than drills. They need an environment that teaches them how to move, compete, think, respond and lead.
Fall Open Group Training gives athletes access to the same high-standard development system OFA uses across team, school and high-performance environments throughout San Diego.
The OFA Standard
Training Should Transfer.
Every session is coached with intention. Movement quality, speed, strength, competition and character are developed together so the work athletes do in training shows up when it matters.
ATHLETICISM
WITH PURPOSE.
The goal is not to keep athletes busy for 45 minutes. The goal is repeatable development that improves how they move, perform and respond.
Movement Quality
Running mechanics, body control, coordination and efficient movement patterns that create a stronger athletic foundation.
Speed + Acceleration
Learn to create force, accelerate efficiently and translate speed into the field or court environment.
Agility + Reaction
Change of direction, reactive movement and decision-making developed through competitive, sport-relevant training.
Strength + Power
Age-appropriate force production, stability and power development designed to support athletic performance.
Competitive Mindset
Athletes are challenged to raise their expectations, respond to difficulty and learn how to compete with purpose.
Character + Identity
Confidence, leadership, emotional control and personal worth are intentionally reinforced throughout the training environment.

BUILT FOR YOUTH.
PROVEN AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
OFA has built its development system through years of working across youth, club, school, collegiate, national-team and professional environments.
Standard.
Every Athlete.
The athlete's level may change. The expectation for preparation, coaching and development does not.
Professional Athletes
OFA has worked with athletes across professional baseball, NFL and NBA environments.
Dodgers + MLB
OFA's performance system has been used with professional baseball athletes, including Dodgers players and athletes throughout MLB.
National-Team Athletes
OFA coaches have supported athletes competing within national-team and elite competitive environments.
San Diego Clubs + Schools
OFA works directly inside club and school environments throughout San Diego, including SDSC Surf and private-school athletic programs.

ALL ATHLETES
ARE WELCOME.
Boys and girls. All ages. Every sport. OFA develops athletic qualities that transfer across competition.
Your sport develops skill.
We develop the athlete.
Different sports require different technical skills, but every athlete needs the ability to accelerate, decelerate, create force, change direction, react, compete and control their body.
That is why OFA's development model can serve athletes across every sport.
