A former baseball standout turned leader, Joey has built his life around developing others, on the field and in the community. His passion for mentorship and youth development fuels everything he does, from training athletes to serving clients as a professional barber in San Diego. Joey embodies the One Family Athletics standard: lead with purpose, serve with excellence, and raise the bar every day.

- Played professional indoor football, bringing a high-level perspective to performance and preparation.

- Spent a year coaching athletes with disabilities, adapting programs to support diverse needs and abilities.
De’Shaun’s coaching blends power, movement, and practicality. His hybrid approach is built for real performance; helping athletes move better, stay resilient, and feel confident in any setting. Whether he’s training competitive athletes or adapting sessions for athletes with disabilities, his focus is the same: create an environment where everyone can work, grow, and unlock their full potential.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications.
- Brings nearly three years of baseball coaching experience.
- Passionate about leadership and mentoring young athletes.
Nate brings strong leadership, energy, and purpose to every athlete he coaches. With nearly three years of coaching experience, he is passionate about helping young players grow both on and off the field. Nate believes in leading by example and focuses on building confidence, accountability, and discipline in the athletes he works with. Through his passion for leadership and mentorship, he is committed to creating a positive environment where players can develop not only as athletes, but as individuals.
